3.Structure feature
a)The furnace structure is horizontal type single door to open,the hearth adopts superior quality of refractory steel(Cr25Ni20）；
b)The hearth is cylinder structure,with good atmosphere uniformity in the hearth；
c)The furnace door adopts double layer water cooling structure；
d)Alternate gas inlet and outlet to remove the paraffin with good paraffin removal uniformity.
e)The heater adopts nickel chromium resistance wire,composing by 3 independent heaters.
f)The temperature uniformity of the product loading area can be fully guaranteed by adopting the three-point temperature control method of the front and rear distributed branch thermocouples.
g)The wax discharge pipeline has heating device and no forming collecting；
h)The furnace is equipped with a roller track and a special graphite loading boat supporting plate,which is convenient to load and unload.
