Application:It is a type furnace of induction heating high temperature vacuum furnace,with excellent temperature uniformity,proper to high temperature sintering and degreasing for SSIC,AIN,carbon material and carbon ceramic composites.Adopting SIC control system,with alarm system on the short circuit,false triggering,over pressing and over temperature,also can be working in the vacuum or inert gas atmosphere.
